∙ Consultation on Property Design / Redesign / Styling

With this service, we aim to assist property owners with advice on how to best design and arrange their property. We will visit you and advise you on which colors or materials to choose, what changes to make, and how you can improve the space yourself within your budget, preparing it for what follows — whether it is preparation for photography or simply improving the space for guests or sale. The price of this service is fixed for all properties in Istria (€250 + VAT), while for other locations it depends on the distance.

∙ Interior Design for a New Property (Two Phases)

This is a classic interior design service for new properties or properties undergoing renovation. We highly recommend starting our collaboration while the property is still under construction in order to provide you with the highest quality service; however, we can also join the project at a later stage. We offer complete interior design services, but if you only need assistance with the first phase (selection of flooring, tiles, sanitary ware, wall coverings, etc.) or only with the second phase (furniture, courtains, kitchen etc.), we are available to agree on the scope of work, based on which we prepare an individual offer.

∙ Redesign of an Existing Property (Home Refresh)

This service includes minor modifications within an already completed property that will refresh and modernize it. If you have a house or apartment completed several years ago that no longer feels comfortable or modern, and you feel something needs to be changed or renewed but you do not want to undertake a full renovation — or if you are unsure how to set your priorities — this service is for you. We prepare an offer in agreement with you, depending on the scope of work.

∙ Styling for Photography with Prop Procurement

We approach styling for photography by enhancing the property so that it reaches its full potential in photographs. Depending on the purpose of the photos and agreement with the client, we plan the level of decoration and determine which rooms you want included in the shoot. We also agree on whether you would like additional atmospheric detail shots (for example, for social media) or night exterior photography. We advise which additional items, bedding, plants, or similar small accessories should be purchased to achieve the desired effect. We prepare a mini budget proposal from which you select one of the offered options, after which we proceed with procurement and implementation. The price of this service depends on the size of the property and the number of rooms being prepared for photography.

∙ Styling for Photography without Prop Procurement

This service is intended for property owners who have furnished their property exactly according to their own needs, are satisfied with it, and are ready for photography. Even such properties need preparation on the day of the shoot. For this purpose, we purchase fresh products (food, flowers, etc.) and bring a small selection of our own props, which we lend for the occasion. All scenes are arranged on site, and every element within the frame is carefully checked to achieve a top-quality result. The price of this service depends on the size of the property and the number of rooms being prepared for photography.

∙ Property Photography

We specialize in property photography (interior and exterior), particularly for rental or sales purposes, and we tailor the service to your needs. Since photographs are mainly the only visual presentation of your property to potential buyers or guests, it is extremely important to us that the images, compositions, and atmosphere are of the highest quality. We use a studio-based approach and additional studio lighting while preserving the authentic feeling of the real space, avoiding an artificial “digital” look that could create the opposite effect. On location, we capture multiple exposures, which are then processed in post-production and blended into composite final images. The price of photography is determined according to the number of final images agreed upon in advance.

We provide all services throughout Croatia and the wider region. We also offer our services if you do not live near your property. We frequently collaborate with clients living abroad via video calls and messages, so you can contact us with confidence in such cases as well.

The first on-site visit and preparation of an offer are free of charge for the Istria region.
